This guide is meant for parents, teachers, employers or employees, and any and all adults who work or interact with teens and young adults, and consider themselves to be allies to the LGBTQIA+ community. It is a PDF that has been exported from a PowerPoint presentation in order to keep each of the 50 pages brief and easy to follow. The guide will include information about how the transitional period between childhood and adulthood impacts teens and young adults as a whole, as well as within the LGBTQIA+ community. It includes current LGBTQIA+ terminology, statistical information, and provides resources for further education, and ideas for action that can be implemented into everyday life.
